    Description

    Family Fun Open Water Swimming is an introduction to the world of wild swimming, especially curated for families. Come and experience the thrill of swimming, not just within the confined walls of a pool but out in the open water. Our aim at Anglesey Outdoors is not just to teach swimming, but to make it a memorable experience, a fond memory that your family shares for years to come. Ideal for about 2 hours of heart-warming fun, this activity is designed to bolster confidence, and promote an unadulterated love for water. Our experienced guides are STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coaches, who are passionate about water and have an immense respect for the sea. Post-booking, you will receive a detailed information sheet through email, outlining everything you need to bring and your meeting point. During your mid-swim break, rejuvenate with a warm cup of hot chocolate and biscuit.

    We provide everything – from wetsuits to swim caps, and goggles. But if you prefer, you may bring your own.     Swim at least 50 metres

    What to bring

    We provide wetsuits. Should you have your own and would prefer to use that then please do bring it with you.

    Please bring your goggles and swimsuits along with a towel or dry robe .


    You should also bring any medication you would normally carry.

Great hostel in fab location. Spacious common rooms. Great for families & groups. Paddlers Return bar serves good food & beer at a reasonable price. Super helpful staff.
