    1. Group size: only 1 - 6 students per group
    2. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
    3. BSUPA level 2 (Improver SUP lesson)
    4. Learn at a fully certified BSUPA school
    5. Taught by experienced SUP instructors


    Now that you've got the basics, It's time to develop your skills. We'll teach you how to become a safe independent paddle boarder on the open sea. We'll refine your existing paddling skills as well as teaching you some new skills!

    Requirements
    1. Must have completed our Beginners Paddleboard Group Lesson first.
    2. Must be able to swim a minimum of 50M unattended.
    3. Minimum age for this SUP group lesson is 14 years old.
    4. The minimum age for private SUP lessons is 8 years old.
    5. To book a group lessons for pupils between the age of 8-14, please book a private SUP group.
    What to bring
    1. Wetsuit (Highly recommended) Not compulsory in the middle of summer.
    2. Wetsuit shoes (Highly Recommended) to protect your feet from sharp shells
    3. If you haven't got your own wetsuit or shoes don't panic.
    4. Wetsuits and wetsuit shoes can be purchased from our online shop and shipped directly to your home address.
    5.  Wetsuits and wetsuit shoes can also be purchase on the day of your activity from our Pevensey bay shop. Please check this coincides with our store opening hours. If not, give us a call on 01323766650 and we'll arrange to open the shop early. This way you can try some wetsuits and shoes on and purchase before the lesson takes place.

    3. Knowledge of the different types and shapes of boards.
    4. A brief paddling and steering refresher.
    5. Improved paddling technique.
    6. How to generate more power by using your core.
    7. How to improve your straight line tracking.
    8. Foot steering.
    9. Improved turning techniques.
    10. Step back turns.
