Specifically designed for our new adult kayakers or any kayaker who wants a bit of a confidence boost. This is a perfect addition to the Zero to Hero (Adult) course, whether that’s before, during or after it! In this session (taken by one of our experienced instructors) will cover topics including basic self rescues, safe white water swimming and personal paddling. All coming together to help make you feel more comfortable in and on the water. This course uses our inflatable kayaks or 'Hotdogs' on the White Water course
