Whether you're training to sharpen your technique, build water confidence, or simply want to enjoy an energizing hour in the water for fun and fitness, this guided lane swim offers a space for a teen specific swim lane, with changing rooms available for 13-17 year old male / female spaces.
Each week Jo and her team will guide the session with a suggested 1km swim set, be on hand to support with technique advice for any skill refinement, or just encouragement.
Requirements - swim 25m in one go, and be comfortable in the deep end. Suitable for those who want to swim single lengths, and stop for a breather, and also anyone wanting to swim more lengthy swim sets like 4 lengths in a row.
