enhance your outdoor swimming learning swim skills specifically for the open water
Description
In this 1 hour session we will work through some common swim tweaks to make swimming outdoors more comfortable.
it will also focus on:
Sighting - helping you swim front crawl in a straight line
Drafting - being comfortable and able to take advantage of swimming close to other swimmers and swimming in their slipstream
Stroke adaptations - with the less controlled environment of the lake/river/sea, it's useful to be able to adapt your stroke to be able to swim most effectively. We will practice different stroke adaptations to make the most of each swim condition with some advice and practices.
This is great for those who comfortably swim outdoors, however would like to fine tune (or practice for the first time in a while), their swim skills to help swimmers enjoy the open water more.
