a 1 hour session to improve your front crawl
Description
This 1 hour session will systematically go through the key building blocks of front crawl enabling you to swim more efficiently and have takeaway learning points which you can improve in your own pooltime going forward.
It will work on:
Body balance and alignment, helping swimmers be flatter in the water
Rotation, helping you breathe more with ease
A wider, and more efficient pull for more power
If both 15/7 and 22/7 are booked I am able to link the sessions and offer a progressive course for maximum progression over the two weeks, otherwise if 1 week we focus on key tweaks for progress.
