Our family activity days are 3 hours of jam packed activity that the whole family can get involved with!

The 3 hours of activities you choose are run over a 4 hour day, allowing plenty of time for drink and snack breaks throughout the day.

Choose from a wide range of activities including:

1. Kayaking
2. Canoeing
3. Stand up paddleboarding (and MEGA sup!)
4. Raft building
5. Dragon boating
6. Axe throwing
7. Bushcraft skills
8. Orienteering and land based challenges

If you would like to book a time that is not shown below, please request a different time and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

1. Participants should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.
2. The participants should be able to partake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.

Please ensure that you have clothes appropriate to the weather and a change of clothes for after the session including:

1. Footwear - Old trainers/sandals/wet boots - that you don’t mind getting wet (not flip-flops or wellington boots)
2. Lightweight trousers or shorts
3. T-shirt / Long sleeved garment
4. Lightweight sweatshirt
5. Windproof top and trousers
6. Hat, sunscreen
7. Drink
8. Towel and dry clothing
9. Any medication eg: Inhaler, EpiPen (please ensure staff are informed of any medication)

The 3 hours of activity will be adapted to suit your group.

Each activity will include a demonstration and explanation of what you will be doing, as well as games, challenges and lots of fun!
