Description

Want to learn further skills but don't want to go out and practice on the river while it's cold? Sign up for a pool session and learn some new skills in a warm environment over the winter period!

These will be run at; Reading Blue Coat School, Sonning Ln, Sonning, Reading RG4 6SU.

Requirements

Participant should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.
The participant should be able to parktake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.

What to bring

Please bring:

Swimwear and a t-shirt.
A towel
A spare change of clothes
Goggles if you would like to use them
Any medication you may need

Itinerary

Pool sessions are a chance to practice technical skills such a bracing, rescues, and rolling, or improving your confidence in the water itself, while in a safe and warm environment.
