Start the new year with a paddle, choice of craft for an hours saunter along the River. Followed by Hot Chocolate (or other hot drink to warm up).

• Participant should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.

• You should be able to partake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.

Please come prepared for your time on the water. We recommend casual, sporty clothing in layers so you can adjust to the weather. A fleece with waterproofs are great if you have them, if not we have some tops/trousers that you can borrow to wear over your clothes for the session. Please bring shoes that you do not mind getting wet and a change of clothes for 'just in case'.

Please bring any medication you may need and ensure the instructor is aware of this before the session.

You'll join one of our instructors on a winters paddle (we can't promise it'll be dry or a wonderland, but we hope so!) normally upstream so we can enjoy the flow on the way back down.
