Description

For 8-16 year olds.

Take your first steps on skis with us and learn the basics of balancing and sliding. This will get you set up for success for the next levels with us.

Requirements

Age 8-16

What to bring

All participants must have;

Gloves
Long sleeves
Long trousers
Dress for the weather as we are outdoors.

We recommend long socks and loose trousers for ski boot comfort.

In this lesson you will learn about;

How to put on your boots
Heading out to the slope
Learn the ski from tip to tail
Putting on and taking off skis
How to walk around
Learn how to sidestep up the slope
Get ready for your first run down
Tweak and improve your posture to be balanced over your skis
