What to bring

We recommend you wear:

shorts/ running tights
t-shirt
old trainers
extra layer (if it's cool)

And bring in a waterproof daybag:

packed lunch
snacks
water (min 1L)
spare layer
hat
suncream

What happens if I fall in

No problem! The boards are very stable but sometimes participants get wet. It’s easy to dry off and put on spare clothes along the way.

Extra info

You do not need to be able to swim. But do let us know on the day if you are a weak or non swimmer so that we're aware of it.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation more than 72hrs prior to the session - full refund (minus 6% transaction fee)

Cancellation 48hrs to 24hrs prior - 50% refund

Cancellation less than 24hrs prior - No refund
