Backchannels Coaching - Thursday PM

• Paddle on the WW course with coaching on the Back Channels
• Practise rolling or other skills on the flat
• Reflect on your paddling during flat-water time

For this session your coach should have identified you as being capable of starting to paddle on the Back Channels.

This session is designed for those new to moving water paddling or those wanting to improve their skills on the Back Channels. You will be placed into an appropriate skill group on the evening.

You must be a full (not temporary) club member to book this session.

The first hour and a half will be on the WW course with 30 minutes on the flat to reflect, practice or practice rolling.

You must be confident capsizing with a spray deck on and able to confidently control your craft on the flat.

When the level is above 2.2m the ww course will be closed and the session will not be able to go ahead.
