An in person opportunity to refresh your snowboard instructor qualification - L1 & L2
Description
We are offering L1 & L2 qualified snowboard instructors an opportunity to attend a face to face refresher to revalidate their UK Snowsport award for 3 years.
Venue: PONTYPOOL SKI SLOPE
Cost: FREE for active Snowsport Cymru Wales members, £60 for active members of other home nations (Snowsport England & Snowsport Scotland). Spaces are limited so book now to reserve your place.
Members of other home nations will be sent a secure payment link for the course fees following booking. Failure to complete payment will result in places being cancelled.
Please note: to maintain your UK Snowsport licensed status and be insured to operate, instructors need to fulfil the following:
- be in active member (in the relevant instructor membership category)
- have an appropriate first aid certificate
- hold a current DBS check
- completed an approved Safeguarding & Child Protection training course
Snowsport Cymru Wales members - digital licences will become active and available to download when all these criteria are met.
